We offer a variety of repair services at reasonable prices. All repairs are backed by a full 30 day warranty against parts and labor.

What to Do
Give us a call so we can discuss your repair needs and pricing. Then, bring your system in and remember, we don’t need anything but the system. Leave your cords and controllers at home. We’ll provide you with a drop off receipt and contact our technician.
Repair Time:
Repairs can take up to 2 business days. However, if specialty parts are required then repair times could be extended up to 7 business days, depending on shipping. We try to inform customers of any delays.
In the event that your system couldn’t be repaired there will be no charge.
Pick Up:
Once customers have been notified to pick up their system, they have 7 days to retrieve it. A receipt or ID are required to verify the correct person is receiving their system. We are very strict about this. No ID or receipt will result in no system pick up. Failure to notify the store or retrieve the system within the 7 day time frame will result in storage fees of $1 a day. So please get in touch with us or stop by. We’re easy to work with; all we ask is that you communicate with us.
What We Don’t Do:
We don’t offer estimates. We don’t take systems in just to “look at them.” We don’t offer repairs for anything other than the above listed. We also don’t mod systems or controllers. But most importantly, we don’t have any hidden fees as we charge flat rates and nothing more.
